This years Mens European Champion and the EBSA International Open Champion will each receive a place on the 2007/2008 main professional Tour.
Entry Fee
Please note an entry fee of 50-, (fifty euros) per player will be payable to RIBSA before the start of the Championships and no player will be allowed to take part if payment is not made. VENUE

There will be 12 match tables at the Ivy Snooker Rooms and 4 match tables at the Talbot Hotel, Carlow for the 2007 European Championships.
ACCOMMODATION
All players, referees and officials will be accommodated in the:
Talbot Hotel, Carlow Portlaoise Road Co Carlow.
This is a brand new Hotel, with full leisure centre facilities. There are 84 rooms available for the tournament. Each room has a double bed and a single bed so they can be used as either a twin or double or a triple if two people share a double bed, i.e. a family.
There are 10 rooms which can accommodate an extra single bed and can therefore be a proper triple room for three players or four in the case of a family.

All above rates include full Irish breakfast.
All hotel bookings must be made direct through RIBSA
TRANSPORT
Carlow is approximately 2 hours drive from Dublin Airport. There is a regular bus service from the airport to Carlow almost every hour (www.jjkavanagh.ie). A return ticket costs 20. RIBSA will provide a coach service at approximately 2pm-3pm on the Sunday afternoon from the airport to the hotel. The return ticket costs 20. This service can accommodate up to 40 people, on a first come first served basis.
The snooker club is approximately 20 minutes walk from the hotel but the RIBSA will operate a coach from the hotel to the club every two hours.
VISAS Visas are not required by most European countries but please check.
FOOD
The snooker club has a full restaurant and a meal can be had for 5-8.
CURRENCY
All major credit cards are accepted in the hotel, restaurants and shops.
WEATHER
Weather can be changeable, please check with your TV weather programme.
