1998 IBSF World Under 21 Championship

The new World Under 21 Champion is Luke Simmonds of England.

He defeated Robert Murphy of Republic of Ireland 11-2 in the final. Simmonds built up an overnight lead of 6-2 and ran off 5 straight frames in the final session, to lift the title.
