Biography

Founder, with Mr George Matthews, and first Secretary, of the Welsh Billiards (& Snooker) Association in 1903.

Perry was a vet from Cardiff, a keen billiards player, with little enthusiasm for snooker.

He worked as first Secretary and then Chairman of the Association for more than twenty year before business commitments forced him to hand over the reins.
