Biography	The Welsh Senior captain, Elfed first captured the Welsh championship title in 1994 and he repeated the achievement in 2003, beating Neath's Gavin Lewis in the final. Elfed's reward for his achievement in Welsh domestic snooker was promotion to the WSA Challenge Tour for the 2003-4 season.
