Biography

Originally from England, Horne moved to Belgium and settled there permanently and now represents Belgium.

He turned professional briefly in 1991 when the game was thrown open to all comers, He re-qualified in 1997 and then again in 1999 and currently competes on the WSA Challenge Tour.
