Dear Member
On behalf of the IBSF Board of Directors and the Pakistan Billiards & Snooker Association, I have pleasure in inviting you to send players to take part in the IBSF World Snooker Championships.

I enclose an entry and participation form (please copy as required ) for a maximum entry of two (2) male players for the Men’s event and two (2) female players for the Ladies event from each Member Country. These should be returned as instructed, with special attention being paid to the closing date. The IBSF Board has decided to invite the current regional champions to participate as extra players, at their own cost. The secretary must receive entries not later than 1st October 2004. Late entries will not be accepted. No exceptions will be made. Please note that any extra players invited will be taken from the participation forms, which includes the name of a stand-by player.

An entry fee of GBP 25 per player must be paid direct to the Host Association by the first day of the championships. (Only Cash Payment in pounds sterling will be accepted on the first day of the Championships)

The PBSA must receive all hotel reservations no later than four (4) weeks before the Championships. All parties arriving at Quaid-e-Azam International Airport will be met by a member of the organising committee, subject to arrival details being received.

Entries will only be accepted when made on the original entry form and signed by the national association. Please do not send emails quoting names only. Further they must be filled in completely and accompanied by passport size photo’s.

Countries needing an invitation letter to apply for visas must use the ’visa requirements’ form, which should be carefully read, as failure to do so may result in players being withdrawn from the Championships.

The PBSA has asked me to assure you, that they will do everything to make your visit one to remember.

Best regards,
Linda den Hartog-Wiedijk
IBSF General Secretary
