Global Snooker Countries - Scotland
Scotland can proudly boast of producing
three World Professional champions, yes three, never forget the
great Walter Donaldson. But without a doubt their greatest hero is
the legendary Stephen Hendry, who's won the ultimate accolade seven
times and broken every record the book has to offer. From the age of
fifteen, when Hendry won the Scottish amateur title he was earmarked
for great things and more importantly for Scotland inspired a
generation of great players to follow in his footsteps. As a result
Scotland continues to challenge for every event from junior events
through to the top professional titles.
